Muaythai martial arts is one of the typical fighter martial Negri/Royal Thai Elephants. Now known as the country of Thailand. Muaythai is derived from two words namely Muay (boxing) and "Thai" (Thailand). Muay Thai is the brutal battle of the sports and athletic, with participants utilizing the fists, elbows, knees, and feet as a dominant weapon with an opponent. Muay Thai is referred to as the "art of eight limbs" or the "Science of eight limbs" because it makes very heavy use of punches, kicks, elbows, and knees, so the use of eight "points of contact", with different techniques "two points" (fists) in Western boxing and "four points" (hands and feet) are used in martial arts-oriented sports. A practitioner of Muay Thai is known as Nak Muay, whereas Western practitioners, whites or non-South-East Asia is sometimes called Nak Muay Farang, meaning "foreign boxers".
On average the Muaythai fighter has a bone dry the foot very hard and the average also has hard and strong muscles. This will rely heavily on martial power. They have a hard bone dry because they often train with banging their Shins. Dry bones in the feet can be trained, when unfamiliar Shins will feel pain when experience clash of it due to our sensitive Shins. It's not the same as fragile. With enough exercise, they can reduce the sensitivity of bone dry. Usually, they are banging their Shins on a rather hard sad sack or it could be with each other then partnered between banging their Shins.
